How To Order

To purchase with this method you can either email or telephone me with your order or enclose a handwritten order with your payment. Alternatively you can proceed as below and send me a printout of the shopping cart before you go through to Paypal.

To purchase with this method we have a shopping cart facility to make your life easier. To use this, click ‘Add to Cart’ when you have selected your item to place it in your shopping cart. When you have finished shopping, proceed to checkout by clicking on the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ – this will take you direct to Paypal.
2. Once payment has been confirmed (Cheques cleared), goods will be dispatched.

Jurisdicition Clause
No contract will subsist between you and Connie's Crafted Keepsakes for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Connie's Crafted Keepsakes accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it is dispatching your product. For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Connie's Crafted Keepsakes irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Returns Policy

Any item that arrives damaged will be replaced or refunded upon proof of damage e.g. emailed photograph of damage or returned item.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery - with the exception of Personalised items that have been made specifically to your requirements. This must be in writing, i.e. e-mail, or by post (we have no fax). You will then be allocated a returns number. If we have already shipped your order, you will need to package the relevant items and send them back to us at your expense, If your order has not yet been shipped, but payment has been received, you will receive a full refund including shipping costs.

The goods must be returned to us in original condition, You have a duty of care towards goods purchased which includes those being returned. This means that you must ensure that any goods being returned are packaged in such a way that they will not be damaged in transit.

On receipt of your returned goods, we will authorize a refund. Please allow a maximum of 30 days for refunds to be processed and credited to your account or a cheque to be received.

You pay any returns postage. We suggest you obtain a proof of postage as we will not be held responsible for returned parcels that are lost in the post.

If the goods are returned to us, meeting the above conditions, you will receive a full refund, including the relevant portion of the shipping costs.
